We aim to deliver your coffee products quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 business hours from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order's weight and delivery address. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Generally, orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors like weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know your order is on the way. If you do not receive a tracking number within a reasonable time, please contact us at contact@leanlattes.com.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us for more information on future plans.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Lean Lattes is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by shipping carriers. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking details in the first instance, and notify us at contact@leanlattes.com with their outcome.

Incorrect Postal Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

  • If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at contact@leanlattes.comΒ so we can update it. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed.

  • If your order has shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, we are unable to issue a refund. In some cases, if the parcel is returned to us by the carrier, we can resend it to the correct address. You will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

  • Refunds will only be processed if the returned parcel is received back in unused, resalable condition, and may be subject to a restocking fee and deduction of any shipping costs.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping. Additionally, certain products may have shipping restrictions due to regulatory requirements. If your order is affected, we will notify you before processing.
