Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 28 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be returned to Lean Lattes within 30 days of original purchase in order to be eligible for a refund.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note, that customers are responsible for return costs to Lean Lattes, we recommend using a tracked service as Lean Lattes is not responsible for lost/ damaged parcels.

If more than one packet is purchased, a pro-rata refund will be offered for the number of returned items. For example, if 1 packet is returned from a 2 packet order, the full price cost of 1 item will be deducated from the refund. If 2 packets from a 3-packet order are returned, the cost of a 2 pack variant option will be deducted from the total refund. A minimum of 1 full priced packet will be deducted from all returns. Shipping costs are not refunded. A fee of £2.99 will be deducted from all refunds to cover original shipping costs. 

Important: If a post-purchase discounted item (under £15) is added to your order, any items at full single unit retail price plus shipping will be deducted from your refund prior to any discounted packets, i.e. if 2 packets were purchased at £37.99, with an additional packet purchased at £12. If 2 of the 3 packets were returned, the total full price of 1 packet would be deducted from the return (£19.99) rather than the discounted packet at £12.

Please note,  we understand that everyone’s taste preferences are different. While many customers love the flavour, we know it might not be for everyone. Because our products are consumable and cannot be resold once opened, we’re unable to offer refunds based on taste or texture.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at contact@leanlattes.com so we can update it. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed.

If your order has shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, we are unable to issue a refund. In some cases, if the parcel is returned to us by the carrier, we can resend it to the correct address. You will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Refunds will only be processed if the returned parcel is received back in unused, resalable condition, and may be subject to a restocking fee and deduction of any shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you carefully check your order upon arrival. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us right away so we can assess the problem and resolve it for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund request. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need some time to process and post the refund.
